1. No physical shipping
Dream Gate Scholarship Foundation does not sell or dispatch physical products. There are no parcels, tracking numbers, courier charges, or delivery addresses for goods. The “purchase” on this website is a digital application-processing service for SSC & Inter, Bachelor, Master, and Diploma scholarship programmes.
A short version of this policy is shown on the Review & Pay screen before checkout, as required by PayFast and card-scheme rules.
2. What you receive after payment
Once the PKR 2,000 application fee is paid (including via PayFast), we deliver the following online:
- Confirmation that your application and payment have been received
- Your application placed into review for the programme you selected
- Email updates about missing information, interviews or tests (if shortlisted), and results
Service delivery begins as soon as payment is confirmed. You do not wait for a shipment.
3. Delivery timeline
- Payment confirmation — usually immediately after a successful PayFast (or other processor) checkout; a confirmation page or email follows
- Application review — typically within 14 business days of a complete, paid application
- Session 2026 results — announced according to the dates on our Program Information page (results currently scheduled for 10 December 2026)
These timeframes are service-delivery estimates, not courier delivery windows.
4. Where the service is available
The website and application form are available online internationally. Correspondence is handled from Islamabad, Pakistan. Email is our primary delivery channel. Check your inbox and spam folder for messages from Dream Gate or PayFast.
5. Failed or delayed digital delivery
If you paid but did not receive confirmation within 24 hours:
- Confirm the payment succeeded in your PayFast, bank, or wallet statement
- Check spam and promotions folders
- Contact info@study-scholarships.com with your name, CNIC, and payment reference
We will restore access to the service or, where we cannot deliver it, refund you under the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping costs
There are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees. The only charge at checkout is the application fee of PKR 2,000 per programme application.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
